The Proposed International Force in Lebanon

A question that we probably all know the answer to:

If the 'International Force' proposed for Lebanon gets the remit to engage (attack) Hizbullah if they attack Israel, will they also attack Israeli aircraft like those that were almost daily violating Lebanese airspace over the past 6 years, will they attack Israel if it attacks Lebanon, will they remove Israeli troops from the Lebanese border, will they disarm the regions only nuclear power and true rogue state?
